Singapore’s IREIT aims to be channel to Europe for Asia

IREIT Global, this summer raised €222m in an IPO to become the first Singapore-based Europe-focused REIT. It has a wealthy Chineses businessman and a leading Singaporian entrepreneur as Senior Investors, and is set up as a channel for Asian wealth.

IREIT Global, Singapore’s first European REIT, came in at fourth place after it raised $369m in its August IPO.
