Itzhak Sella - Founder
Mr. Sella has more than 34 years of extensive experience in international real estate, corporate finance & governance, equity & debt capital market, and M&A transactions. He also originated and listed two REITs in Singapore & Israel on the main board of the Stock Exchange. Mr. Sella has been involved in over US$5 billion worth of real estate transactions.

Mr. Sella started his diverse real estate career in the U.S. in 1988. He has broad experience in commercial & multifamily real estate segments and Private REIT in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Mr. Sella was the sponsor and founder of IREIT Global, the first Singaporean REIT that invests in pure European assets. In November 2013 he founded IREIT Global Group Pte. Ltd., as the REIT manager. IREIT Global was listed on the main board of the Singapore Stock Exchange via a successful IPO in August 2014.
He was instrumental in the development of the REIT market and framework in Israel. In November 2006, Mr. Sella founded Sella Capital Investments Ltd as the REIT manager for Sella Capital Real Estate Ltd, an Israel-based REIT, which was listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange through a successful IPO in March 2008. Under his management, Sella Capital Real Estate Ltd tripled its growth in real estate acquisitions within 3 years.
From 2004 to 2006, as Managing Director of Steer Up Investments Ltd, he oversaw the acquisition of Aspen Building Ltd., Aspen Properties (1990) Ltd. and Aspen Real Estate Ltd. (the “Aspen Group”), a public real estate group with properties in Israel and Europe, including retail, office and logistics properties in Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
Mr. Sella has been involved in the Israeli and European real estate markets since 1994. From 1996 to 2004, he was Executive Manager of Sales and Marketing of Amot Investments Ltd, one of the largest real estate holding companies in Israel and which is listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Gabriel Khoo Kian Teck - CFO
Gabriel has more than 20 years of experience across audit, tax, compliance, governance, capital market and M&A transactions.
​Prior to joining Vertex Income Trust Management, Gabriel was the Senior Finance Manager of IREIT Global Group, the manager of IREIT (the first European REIT listed on SGX), where he assisted the CFO on treasury, acquisition, management and regulatory reporting, governance and compliance matters.
From 2013 to 2014, Gabriel was the Vice President of Finance at Straits Trading where he was responsible for group treasury, tax, investments and projects responsible for project fund flows, group cash flow management, financial analysis and statutory/management reporting.
From 2010 to 2012, Gabriel was the Senior Finance Manager of Sabana Real Estate Investment Management, the manager of Sabana REIT (the first Shariah-compliant REIT listed on SGX), where he assisted the Chief Executive Officer on acquisitions and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) on implementation of ERP, treasury, management and regulatory reporting, governance and compliance matters. He was the Compliance Officer
Between 2002 and 2010, Gabriel was the manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Singapore in the assurance function leading statutory audits or advising capital market transactions. He was also a Finance Controller at Barclays Capital Singapore partner IT and corporate real estate business directors on management reporting and budgeting matters.
Gabriel graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. He is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Adina Cooper - Lead Acquisitions
Ms. Cooper has over three decades of experience in global real estate and has been at the forefront of creating new businesses in the field. Her major career achievements include the establishment and listing of IREIT Global on the Singapore SGX Mainboard and creating an international corporate real estate advisory business. Throughout her career she have served as a member and adviser to boards of directors in Europe, Singapore, the US and Israel.
